No retail establishment located in the Town
shall be open for business between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00
a.m. Specifically excepted from this section are restaurants, theaters,
gasoline service stations and bowling alleys.
No retail business establishment in the Town
shall receive deliveries of merchandise between the hours of 11:00
p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
