Articles I, II, IV, VIII, XI, XII, XIII and XIV shall apply in all incorporated areas of the Village of Montour Falls. Articles III, V, VI, VII, IX and X shall apply only in incorporated areas of the Village of Montour Falls which are also within the service area of the POTW.[1]
