Village of Wales, WI Chapter 371 Soda Water Beverages

§ 371-1 License required.

No person shall in any manner, directly or indirectly, sell soda water beverages as defined in § 97.34, Wis. Stats., without first obtaining a license from the Village. Such license shall be issued by the Clerk after approval has been granted by the Village Board.

§ 371-2 License fee. [1]

The fee for a license to sell soda water beverages shall be set from time to time by the Village Board.

§ 371-3 Violations and penalties. [1]

Any person found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-4 of this Code.
