§ 53-1 Adoption of Energy Conservation Code.

Certain documents, which are on file in the office of the Lawrence Township Secretary and the Township of Lawrence, being marked and designated as the "International Energy Conservation Code," as published by the International Code Council, be and are hereby adopted as the code of Lawrence Township for regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of the building envelope, mechanical, lighting and power systems in the Township of Lawrence and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such International Energy Conservation Code, 2000 Edition, published by the International Code Council, on file in the office of Lawrence Township, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.

§ 53-2 Modifications.

The following section is hereby revised: Section 101.1. (page 1, line 2) Insert: Lawrence Township Municipality.
