Every operator of a vehicle approaching an intersection at which an official traffic control device is erected in accordance with this chapter shall obey the direction of such official traffic control device as required by the Wisconsin Statutes incorporated by reference in §
454-1 of this chapter. Operators of vehicles approaching a stop sign shall stop before entering a highway as required by § 346.46, Wis. Stats. Operators approaching intersections at which a yield sign has been installed shall yield the right-of-way to other vehicles as required by § 346.18(6), Wis. Stats.
In the interest of public safety and pursuant
to authority granted by § 349.07, Wis. Stats., the following
highways or portions thereof are declared to be through highways:
A. South Mary Street from the south boundary line of
Main Street to and including the south boundary line of West Clark
Street.
B. North Mill Street from the north boundary line of
the City of Weyauwega to the north boundary line of Main Street, and
South Mill Street from the south boundary line of Main Street to and
including the south boundary of Clark Street.
C. Pine Street from the south boundary line of the City
of Weyauwega to the south boundary line of Main Street.
D. Alfred Street from the east boundary line of the City
of Weyauwega to the east boundary line of Pine Street.
E. Main Street from the west boundary of the City of
Weyauwega to the west boundary line of Lincoln Street, except that
vehicles traveling in an easterly direction on said portion of Main
Street shall stop before entering the intersection of Main and Mill
Streets, and except that vehicles traveling in a westerly direction
on said portion of Main Street shall stop before entering the intersection
of Main and Mill Streets.
F. Ann Street from the east boundary line of Mill Street
to the west boundary line of Lincoln Street.
