[Adopted 9-20-2007 by L.L. No. 9-2007]
A survey, sealed by a licensed surveyor, showing
the as-built foundation, shall be required to be prepared and delivered
to the Building Inspector prior to framing in the following instances:
A.
Where the proposed construction requires environmental
permits for wetlands or steep slopes.
B.
Where the approved plans show the foundation to be
built within two feet of the applicable setback.
C.
Where the Building Inspector determines such to be
necessary based on the particular circumstances of the proposed construction.
