There is created within the Township of Pennsauken the position and title of Administrative Agent.
The duties and responsibilities of the position and title shall be as set forth above and as otherwise necessary to comply with the Township's obligations to COAH.[1]
Editor's Note: The preamble to this article noted that the Administrative Agent shall be responsible for administering the funds for rehabilitating homes for the Township of Pennsauken under the Round 3 regulations of the Council on Affordable Housing in regard to the Township's Housing Element and Fair Share Housing Plan.
The position is one that requires the administration of an important Township program and is necessarily managerial in nature and will therefore not be added to the titles that are subject to any current collective bargaining agreement.
There is no salary attached to the position, it being the intent to appoint an existing administrator to oversee the rehabilitation program along with his/her current duties.
