There is hereby created a position of Elevator
Subcode Official to serve for term and rate of pay as may be determined
by the Township Committee.
The Elevator Safety Subcode set forth in N.J.A.C.
5:23-12.1 et seq., together with referenced standards, devices, administration,
testing and inspection fees, licensing and other requirements be and
the same is hereby adopted an incorporated as part of this article
as and for the Elevator Safety Ordinance.
Any changes, alterations or amendments to N.J.A.C.
5:23-12.1 et seq., the Elevator Safety Subcode shall automatically
become applicable and incorporated into this article.
