In accordance with General Statutes Chapter
446K, § 22a-458, as amended, a Water Pollution Control Authority
shall be established to undertake and complete any action necessary
to comply with Abatement Order No. 2279, dated May 16, 1978, of the
Commission of Environmental Protection.

The Authority shall consist of five members
appointed by the Board of Selectmen to serve four-year overlapping
terms. Vacancies in membership shall be filled by the Board of Selectmen
for the balance of the term.
