[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Geneva 12-12-1995;
amended in its entirety at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions,
Art. I). Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
This chapter shall adopt the County Policy on Drug and Alcohol testing
program for drivers with a commercial driving license, as mandated by the
Federal Department of Transportation, as the town's policy with the exemption
of Article 2 of Section A, Alcohol Testing. The provisions requiring preemployment
alcohol testing are not adopted.
The town shall, by resolution, designate a person as Supervisor to attend
training to observe possible drug or alcohol abuse.
The town shall, by resolution, designate two people as designated contacts
to be notified of random selection and results of testing.
The town shall, by resolution, designate a person who will be the town
official for billing purposes.
