The Board shall, from time to time, establish
a schedule of reasonable fees for the application, issuance and renewal
of industrial wastewater discharge permits. Such fees shall be used
by the Board to defray the cost of processing applications, including
the inspection of facilities and sampling wastewater discharges, and
for administering the industrial wastewater discharge permit program.
The schedule of fees may be obtained at the office of the Director
of Utilities.
All persons issued an industrial wastewater
discharge permit shall pay to the Board a permit fee, which shall
be in accordance with the latest schedule of fees established by the
Board.
