Prior to making application to the Planning Board for consideration of a preliminary subdivision plat, the owner shall discuss the plat with the state, county and local agencies listed in §§
103-13,
103-15,
103-16 and
103-17 of this chapter.
If the proposed subdivision is to use a form
of subsurface leaching for waste disposal, soil percolation tests
shall be made and the results submitted to the Planning Director with
the preliminary plat.
If the proposed subdivision involves installation
of a sewer system or water supply system, the owner shall discuss
the preliminary plat with the Planning Director.
The owner shall discuss the preliminary plat
with the County Highway Superintendent if the proposed subdivision
is within 300 feet of an existing or proposed county highway. The
owner shall make any changes to the plans required by the Highway
Superintendent prior to submission to the Planning Board.
The owner shall discuss the preliminary plat
with the New York State Department of Transportation District Engineer
if the proposed subdivision is within 300 feet of an existing or proposed
state highway. The owner shall make any changes to the plans required
by the District Engineer prior to submission to the Planning Board.
