Editor's Note: This local law passed at mandatory referendum
11-8-1983.
The term of office of the following elective official, Town Clerk, of
the Town of Phelps elected at the November 1985 and subsequent general elections
of state or local government officers in the Town of Phelps is hereby changed
from two to four years.
