The Board of Supervisors hereby signifies its
intention to enter into an intermunicipal agreement for the purposes
of expanding and then operating and maintaining the regional sanitary
sewer treatment plant, a copy of said agreement being attached hereto.[1]

on file in the Township offices.
The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of
this Township is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
on behalf of said Township, with such changes therein as the signer
may approve, and the Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to
affix thereto and attest the Seal of said Township.
