B.
False statements, etc. Any person who knowingly makes
any false statement, representation, record, report, plan or other
documentation filed with the municipality or who falsifies, tampers
with, or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring device or method
required under this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding
$250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
C.
Written notice of violation. Any person found to be violating any provision of the foregoing articles of this chapter except § 187-36 or as otherwise provided in Subsection B of this section shall be served by the Village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof, which time limit shall in no event be longer than 90 days. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
D.
Continued violation. Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in Subsection C herein shall be guilty of a violation, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $250 for each violation.
E.
Civil liability. Any person violating any of the foregoing
provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the Village for
any expense, loss or damage occasioned by the Village by reason of
such violation.
F.
Any person(s) who violate(s) the provisions of §§ 187-24 through 187-24.2, upon conviction thereof in a court of competent jurisdiction, may be punished by a fine of not more than $250, and each day on which there is a failure to comply shall be and is hereby declared to be a distinct and separate offense and punishable as such.
