Each eligible regular full-time employee will be credited with paid vacation time in accordance with the schedule below. An employee may take vacation leave only after it has been credited.

Ten days’ vacation leave shall be credited on January 1 of each subsequent calendar year through the completion of five full calendar years of continuous service.
F.
After completion of five full calendar years of continuous service, the employee shall be credited on each January 1 with 15 days’ vacation leave annually.
