This Part 2 shall be known and may be cited
as the "Water Use Law of the Town of Williamson."
The provisions of this Part 2 and all regulations and specifications promulgated thereunder shall be considered as part of a contract between the Town of Williamson and every person who takes water supplied by the town. Every person using this service shall be bound by this contract, including any different or supplemental conditions that may be added by the Town Board. The requirements of this Part 2 shall be in addition to those of Part 1 of this Chapter 173 addressing cross-connection control.
