Mountain Top Area Council of Governments is
hereby authorized by this Township to establish a joint appeals board
for the Council of Government Joint Code Enforcement Program of the
Uniform Construction Code, which Fairview Township has elected to
administer and enforce pursuant to the terms of the Uniform Construction
Code.
