The following connections are prohibited, except as provided in §
178-1C above:
A. Any drain or conveyance, whether on the surface or subsurface, that
allows any nonstormwater discharge, including sewage, process wastewater,
and wash water, to enter a separate storm sewer system, and any connections
to the separate storm sewer system from indoor drains and sinks.
B. Any drain or conveyance connected from a commercial or industrial
land use to a separate storm sewer system, which has not been documented
in plans, maps, or equivalent records and approved by the municipality.

Any construction or other activity which disturbs the surface
of the land, including, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing;
grading; excavations; embankments; road maintenance; land development;
building construction; and the moving, depositing, stockpiling, or
storing of soil, rock, or earth materials, shall provide for adequate
stormwater management in compliance with the requirements set forth
in the East Caln Township Stormwater Management Regulations, which,
including all of its appendixes, are appended to the Township Subdivision
and Land Development Ordinance as Appendix A and which is incorporated
herein by this reference as fully as if set forth here, at length.
Notwithstanding the foregoing to the extent there is any inconsistency
between this Chapter and the Stormwater Management Regulations as
appended to the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance as Appendix
A, the more stringent requirement shall control.
