[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of
Lehigh 2-12-1980 as Sec. 1501.06(b) of the 1980 Code of Ordinances. Amendments
noted where applicable.]
Explosives, other than Pennsylvania approved hunting ammunition, shall
not be stored in the Township without first being registered and approved
by the Township, and without prior written notice to the Township Board. Such
explosives shall not be stowed at any time in any unattended vehicle in the
Township.
