the 1980 Code of Ordinances]
A. Any applicant for a building permit in the Township
of Lehigh shall, at the time of making application, also apply for
a certificate of approval of a sewage disposal system on the premises
in question.
B. The application for a certificate of approval of a
sewage disposal system shall be made to the Sewage Enforcement Officer.
C. An application fee shall be charged to the applicant
in accordance with the schedule of fees established by the Board.
A. The Township shall adopt by resolution a schedule
of fees for services rendered in connection with applications for
approval of sewage disposal systems in the Township.
B. The schedule of fees adopted shall reflect services
rendered with respect to inspection of plans; taking of percolation
tests on the premises; final inspection of installation; reinspection
of premises, if required; inspection of plans and installation of
mechanical systems for both subdivisions and individuals; and inspection
relative to extensions, alterations, modifications and other changes
to existing systems.
C. Whenever a lot is used for a multifamily dwelling,
or for commercial or industrial purposes, the lot shall be deemed
to have been subdivided into an equivalent number of single-family
residential lots as determined by estimated sewage flow.
The fees shall be payable in advance to the
Township.
