A. The Chairman of the Board shall immediately inform
the public of the snow emergency by issuing a press release to the
local radio, television, and news services.

Four hours after a snow emergency has been declared,
and during its existence:
A. No vehicle shall be parked on any public roadway,

B. Any member of the Lehigh Township Police Department,
or the Board of Supervisors, is hereby authorized to remove or tow
any vehicle abandoned, standing or parked upon any public roadway,

the terms and provisions of this article, and to take or tow any such
vehicle to the nearest garage or other place of safety. The registered
owner of any such vehicle shall be promptly notified in writing of
the fact of the removal and of the location to which said vehicle
has been removed, where he or she may obtain the same upon the payment
of any and all towing and storage charges.
After the Township has removed the snow from

default of the payment of the fine and costs to undergo imprisonment
in the Northampton County Prison for a period of not more than 30
