A.
Be it enacted and ordained by the Board of Supervisors
of the Township of Loyalsock, County of Lycoming, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority of the same that Junior
Volunteer Fire Fighters are authorized to engage in fund-raising activities
under the direction and control of the Fire Chief or his designee.
B.
Fund-raising activities contemplated herein are those
which directly or indirectly benefit the Volunteer Fire Company, the Township
of Loyalsock, and may include activities authorized by the Fire Chief outside
of the Township of Loyalsock, but within the County of Lycoming.
A complete list of all Junior Volunteer Fire Fighters shall be kept
and maintained by the Secretary of the Loyalsock Township Fire Company, noting
address, birthdate and date they were designated a Junior Volunteer Fire Fighter
by the Fire Chief.
