Township of Loyalsock, PA Article I General Provisions

§ 190-1 Force and effect. [1]

The following subdivision and land development chapter shall be in full force and effect, including definitions, plan requirements and processing procedures, design standards, improvements and construction requirements, and conditions of acceptance of public improvements by the Township of Loyalsock.

§ 190-2 Short title.

This chapter shall be known as the "Loyalsock Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance."

§ 190-3 Legislative authority.

This chapter is adopted pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (Act 247), effective January 1, 1969, as amended by Act 93 of 172.
