A Planning Commission consisting of nine members is established for Pennsbury Township, pursuant to Section 201 of the Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10201 et seq.

The nine members of the Planning Commission shall each be appointed by the Supervisors of Pennsbury Township, and shall each serve a term of office of four years.
The Planning Commission shall have all the powers and duties conferred and imposed upon it as set forth in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, 53 P.S. § 10101 et seq.
