[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of

The Township of Pennsbury, Chester County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to
a petition submitted by land owners in the Township of Pennsbury, does hereby
establish an Agricultural Security Area as defined by Act 43, the Pennsylvania
Agricultural Area Security Act.[1]
