The permit shall remain in force and it may be transferred to any new operator or owner for which the permit was originally issued, provided that compliance is maintained with the approved plan as well as standards, criteria and additional conditions attached to the permit by Council. In the event of any change in the operation of the use which causes noncompliance with the approved plan or any of the original terms and conditions of the permit, the permit may be terminated upon appropriate action taken under the Municipalities Planning Code.[1]

If any of the specific conditions specified herein or any additional conditions attached by Council are violated after the conditional use permit has been issued and becomes operational, the continued operation of the conditional use shall constitute a violation of this chapter, and Council or an officer of College Township may institute any appropriate action or proceeding to prevent, restrain, correct or abate such violation, including but not limited to revocation of the permit.
The administration and enforcement of this chapter and all other zoning and land development issues shall follow the same regulations as those set forth in Chapter 200, Zoning, of the College Township Code, with the exception of those regulations contained herein as it pertains to enforcement and administration.
