The registered voters of the Town may at an
Annual or a Special Financial Town Meeting authorize the hiring of
money and the issuance of bonds pursuant to the statutes now or hereafter
in effect.
The registered voters of the Town may at an
Annual or a Special Financial Town Meeting authorize the hiring pursuant
to the statutes now or hereafter in effect, of money in each financial
year in anticipation of the receipt of the proceeds of the annual
tax due or to become due in that financial year upon the ratable property
of the Town.
