The contractor, developer and/or the plumber shall excavate the trench necessary for the installation of the water line. See § 9.93.
The Township shall make the tap and supply the meter.
The contractor, developer and/or plumber shall backfill the open trench and shall repair the trench surface in compliance with the ordinance and resolution governing street excavations (Chapter 304, Streets and Sidewalks, Article III, Street Excavations).
The contractor, developer and/or plumber shall supply all material necessary except those supplied by the Township.
