The renewal of existing agreements and all future agreements
entered into by the fire companies, individually or collectively,
with third parties to provide fire and related emergency services
shall be evaluated and subject to final approval by the Township Board
of Commissioners. Fire companies shall be obligated to submit to the
Township a copy of any existing or future agreement for review prior
to renewal or execution and, if approved, provide a fully executed
copy for Township records. No third-party agreement to provide fire
and related emergency services shall be valid or effective until final
approval is received by the Township Board of Commissioners. The renewal
of existing agreements and all future agreements shall be deemed invalid
if not approved.
