This chapter shall be commonly known as the "South Whitehall
Township COVID-19 Relief Small Business Grant Program."
The purpose of this chapter is to provide financial assistance
to small businesses located within the Township that have been and
are being negatively affected by the ongoing pandemic and necessary
shut down of businesses.
A.
COVID-19 Small Business Grant. South Whitehall Township hereby adopts
the COVID-19 Relief Small Business Grant Program, attached hereto
as Exhibit "A," which is incorporated by reference as if fully set
forth herein.[1]

The Board of Commissioners authorizes a one-time disbursement of
$115,000 from the Fiscal Stability Fund to the Greater Lehigh Valley
Chamber of Commerce to fund the South Whitehall Township COVID-19
Relief Small Business Grant Program.
