No person or persons shall at any time, lead
or drive or cause to be led or driven, any horses or cattle on any
of the sidewalks of said Village.

A violation of this article shall be punishable
by a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding
15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
