No person, firm or corporation shall construct, maintain, install or alter within the corporate limits of the Village of Montgomery, New York within a distance of 300 feet from the village water supply, any septic tank, cesspool or wastewater drain from any building.
No person, firm or corporation shall spread or scatter manure or commercial fertilizer within a distance of 300 feet from the village water supply.
A violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both fine and imprisonment.
