The operation or hauling of heavy tractors,
tractors with lugs, bulldozers or other heavy vehicles or machinery
over macadamized, oiled or Tarvia-covered streets of the Village of
Montgomery, New York, is hereby prohibited unless written permission
therefor shall have been given by the Board of Trustees of said Village.

Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating
the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be
subject to a penalty of not more than $250 or imprisonment for a term
not exceeding 15 days, or both, for each and every offense plus the
cost of repairing such macadamized, oiled or Tarvia streets.
