A.
All trucks, buses, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of three tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from all Village streets and highways except for those streets and highways described in Schedule XV (§ 114-44).
B.
The regulations established in this section shall
not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise
or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and
combinations are otherwise excluded, or to prevent the use of said
streets and highways by emergency vehicles such as ambulances, fire
trucks or utility trucks.
