No consumer will be allowed to furnish water in excess of five gallons per month to others or suffer same to be taken for any purpose, without receiving a special permit from the Water Board. The penalty for violation of this rule shall be in accordance with Article XI of this chapter.
It shall be a violation for any person to fail
to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, including any
order, rule, regulation, specification or requirement issued pursuant
to or in furtherance of this code. Where warranted, the Water and
Sewer Board may require certification from a licensed professional
engineer as to satisfactory compliance with a notice of violation.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to
relieve employers of responsibility for the conduct of their employees.
