No person shall own, possess, maintain, keep or harbor any wild or undomesticated animals, including but not limited to horses, cattle, sheep, swine, goats, or foxes, minks, skunks or other similar fur-bearing animals, pigeons, geese, ducks, hens, chickens or fowl or any bees or snakes, such as but not limited to racers, boas, water snakes and pythons, upon any private property or upon any street or public place in the Village of Plandome Manor except with authorization by the Board of Trustees.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties and Assessments, of the Code of the Village of Plandome Manor.
