Mobile homes may be erected and maintained as a single-family
dwelling home outside a mobile home park if the lot, parcel or tract
of land upon which each mobile home is to be located meets the following
minimum standards and requirements:
No single on-lot mobile home shall be installed or
placed upon any lot parcel or tract of land until a building permit
and sanitary disposal system permit has been applied for and approved
in accordance with all Township requirements.
When a mobile home is proposed to be erected on a
lot, parcel or tract of land held in a single and separate ownership,
where there is located an existing building, residential dwelling
or mobile home, the owner or developer shall submit a plot plan of
the lot, parcel or tract or land showing the following information:
The location of all existing buildings, residential dwellings or mobile homes shall be shown along with a proposed lot area for each existing building, residential dwelling or mobile home, indicating that all additional proposed single on-lot mobile home lots contain a lot area, lot width, and yard area as specified herein or in accordance with Chapter 147, Subdivision and Land Development.
On a lot, parcel or tract of land, held in single
and separate partnership only, one proposed mobile home lot will be
permitted, which does not abut or have a portion of the mobile home
lot abut a public street or road, all other proposed mobile home lots
located on the same lot, parcel or tract of land shall abut a public
street or road.
