The Village of Coxsackie grants the tax reduction
of 50% to those taxpayers who qualify under § 467 of the
New York State Real Property Tax Law, as added by Chapter 616 of the
Laws of 1966.[1]

to this exemption is established by resolution of the Village Board.
The income limit currently in effect is on file in the office of the
Village Clerk.
