Parking of vehicles on Township Streets during
snow removal and/or salting operations, or when there is at least
1/4 inch of accumulation of snow or ice on the roadway is prohibited.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any
of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof,
be fined an amount not to exceed $500 or be imprisoned for a term
not to exceed 90 days, or both; and each and every day in which said
violation exists shall constitute a separate violation.
