Any person who drives any vehicle or tractor
on private property without the consent of the owner or other person
in control or possession thereof, carelessly disregarding the rights
or safety of others or in a manner so as to endanger any person or
property, shall be guilty of the charge of reckless driving on private
property.
Any person charged with reckless driving on
private property shall, upon conviction before a Magisterial District
Judge, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 and costs
of prosecution and, in default of the payment thereof, shall undergo
imprisonment for not more than 10 days.
