The use of motor vehicles in an unauthorized
fashion on Township property causes undue wear and tear on the property,
is invasive of public peace and good order, can lead to injuries to
members of the public and inhibits the equal opportunity to peaceful
use and enjoyment of the property. It is deemed to be in best interests
of the public to strictly regulate operation of motor vehicles on
Township property.
