The New Milford Community Park is hereby named the "Lynn N.
Deming Park," and a suitable marker shall be erected and maintained
to indicate such name.

Only those persons who are residents of the town or owners of
real property located within the town and their guests, when accompanied
by such residents or property owners, shall be admitted to the Lynn
N. Deming Park; and the Board of Selectmen of the town is hereby authorized
and empowered to formulate rules and regulations to enforce the purpose
of this section.
