The Parks and Recreation Commission shall have the power to
make and enforce such reasonable rules and regulations as it deems
necessary to govern the use of, to provide for the maintenance of
order and safety upon, and to provide for the protection of trees
and other property and the preservation of the natural beauty of such
parks, recreational facilities and areas under its jurisdiction.

No such rule or regulation involving a fine shall become effective
until it has first been approved by the Board of Selectmen and has
been posted in a conspicuous place at such park, recreational facility
or other area to which it is applicable.

Any person who violates any such rule or regulation so stipulated in §
14-63 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $25 for each violation.

Copies of all rules and regulations shall be available to the
public in the office of the Director of Recreation and the office
of the Town Clerk during normal business hours.
