The following City officers shall be required to file an official
bond in an amount to be prescribed by ordinance: the City Clerk, the
Director of Administration and Finance and the Superintendent of Public
Works. The Council may, by ordinance, require official bonds of other
officers and employees and establish the amount of such bond. The
costs of such bonds shall be a City expense.
