No pedestrian shall cross any roadway other than by a route at right angles to the curb, or by the shortest route to the opposite curb, or in a crosswalk, except where pedestrian crossings are subject to "walk" lights as provided in §
11-134 of this article.
No pedestrian shall cross a roadway other than a crosswalk in
any of the following streets or portions of streets:

No pedestrian shall pass through, around, over or under any
crossing gate or barrier at a railroad grade crossing while such gate
or barrier is closed or is being opened or closed.
At intersections where traffic is controlled by traffic control
signals equipped with walk lights, pedestrians shall cross the roadway
only on the "walk" signal.
