[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I)]
The Village of Stewart Manor does hereby establish the position
of Parking Enforcement Officer for the purpose of enforcing such ordinances
and resolutions relating to metered parking and restriction on parking.
Said Parking Enforcement Officer is empowered to issue summonses
for any violations of all ordinances and resolutions relating to metered
parking and restricted parking.
