This chapter shall be known as the "Mobile Home — Trailer
Local Law of the Town of Dickinson."
The purpose of this chapter is to promote the health, safety
and general welfare of the community, including the protection and
preservation of the property of the Town of Dickinson and of its inhabitants
by establishing specific requirements and regulations governing the
occupancy and maintenance of mobile homes, mobile home parks and travel-trailer
campgrounds.
