A. 
Hoofed animals. The permit to keep hoofed animals shall be $100 annually (§ 358-3).
B. 
Cats.
(1) 
The permit for a one-year cat license shall be $10 for each cat (§ 358-15).
(2) 
Each duplicate of a license tag shall be $0.25 (§ 358-17B).
C. 
Chickens. The permit fee for the keeping of live chickens will be $20.

The following annual fees for permits and licenses are hereby established for payment by the permittee or licensee:
A. 
Eating establishments, including restaurants, diners, luncheonettes and pizza parlors:
(1) 
With seating capacities of zero to 49: $200.
(2) 
With seating capacities of 50 to 99: $250.
(3) 
With seating capacities of 100 or more persons: $350.
B. 
Food-handling establishments, including delicatessens, meat and food markets:

G. 
Food caterers: $150.
H. 
Selling, dispensing, or storing candy, ice cream or similar products: $50.
I. 
All milk and cream licenses: $25.

Fees to be paid for the use of Borough of Harrington Park recreational facilities, in the discretion of the Recreation Commission, are as follows:

A. 
Nursery schools and day camps. The fee for nursery schools and day camps shall be $75 per inspection for a state license.
B. 
Swimming pools. The following annual fees for permits and licenses for swimming pools are hereby established for payment by the permittee or licensee:
(1) 
Nonprofit (excluding residential pools): $100.
(2) 
Operated as a business or for profit: $250.
C. 
Wells. The fee for drilling or boring of a deep well, per inspection, shall be $35.
D. 
Toilets. The following annual fees for permits and licenses for toilets are hereby established for payment by the permittee or licensee:
(1) 
Portable: $15.
(2) 
Additional: $5.
