A.
The Township Engineer or his designee shall inspect all phases of
the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities
as deemed appropriate by the Township Engineer.
B.
During any stage of the work, if the Township Engineer and/or Township
of Exeter or their designee determines that the permanent stormwater
management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the
approved stormwater management plan, the Township of Exeter shall
revoke any existing building permits and issue a cease-and-desist
order until a revised stormwater management plan is submitted and
approved except as directed by the Township Engineer and the Township
of Exeter or Conservation District, as specified in this Part 2.
C.
A final inspection of all stormwater management facilities shall
be conducted by the Township Engineer and/or the Township of Exeter
or their designee to confirm compliance with the approved stormwater
management plan prior to the issuance of any occupancy permit.
